ABOUT BARBARA
Barbara May is a former national level gymnast, coach and trainer of coaches who understands the pressure of competition and knows what it takes to perform. She has spent the past 29 years helping others achieve results and is a recipient of the 3M Coach Recognition Award for her outstanding contribution to the sport community.
Barbara holds a Bachelor of Education Degree from the University of Alberta and brings over two decades of teaching, speaking and television experience to her programs and clients. She has interviewed business owners on the Learning & Job News, hosted ACCESS televisions May We Talk? and appeared in several television commercials including "Bright Nights" and "Buffet Royal."
In her business seminars, Barbara May uses personal stories, humorous examples and audience participation to help people get the results they're looking for.
Fun facts most people don't know about Barbara: she's an award-winning Toastmaster, aspiring drummer, avid badminton player, and mother of two who joked her way into the Guinness World Records by performing in the longest stand-up comedy show in history.
